“Moving On”, First Single and Music Video From Italian Rock Band, “The Neventies”
The Neventies’ an Italy-based rock band are back. After taking a brief break after their single and music video ‘Moving on’ in 2019 they have returned, announcing a new album, single, and show. If you’re a fan of rock with an indie vibe then you should check them out.

The four-man rock band performs catchy, loud indie rock in the same vein as Beck and The Strokes, so fans of these bands will definitely be a fan of The Neventies. Their single and music video for their single “Moving On” embodies their vibe and musical skill perfectly. The song revolves around moving on from a relationship, not caring about the past, and being able to move ahead and follow your own goals consequences be damned.
The music video is elegant in its simplicity, with great production value. The music video begins with a shot of a woman in a doorway, seemingly in the middle of a huge plaza. The video then cuts to a montage of tracking shots following each member of the band from behind as they are “moving on”. The video is shot in tons of locations across a cityscape with some really interesting settings. The video is then intercut with the band rocking out in their indie studio, which carries some of that charming honesty that indie rock is known for. The music video reflects the vibe of the original song perfectly. The video ends as the band walks around the doorway that we saw at the start of the video before it cuts to black.
It’s a great watch, both the music video and song have the perfect rebellious and energetic vibe that is a perfect fit for quality rock music. The Neventies are set to release their new single ‘Come On Down’ on February 24th followed by their brand new album on April 1st, which is sure to include some real rock bangers! Keep an eye on The Neventies!
