REVIEW: ‘This is Chicago’ by Acclaimed Songwriter Tim Camrose
For fans of Elton John or Billy Joel, I have an artist and songwriter that you will want to familiarise yourself with. Londoner Tim Camrose released his debut album ‘Half My Life’ on the 30th May alongside leading single ‘This is Chicago’.
Over the space of 40 years while Tim Camrose was working within the medical industry, a catalog of songs has been formed with stories unraveling throughout. Tims songwriting has grown throughout the years making the release of his album and leading single a gift to fans that has been a long time in the making.
With a promising career ahead and an abundance of stories to tell, Tim Camrose has found his love for songwriting and piano where he can dedicate hopeful messages in his lyrics to the people he has met throughout half of his life.
Accompanying the album release, Tim has also premiered videos for the songs ‘This Is Chicago’, ‘A Storm Coming’ and ‘Back to New York City’ which was recorded live at the award-winning Manchester music venue, Band on the Wall.
